UNIX Account

How to Construct Your UNIX Account's Username and Initial Password

Your UNIX account's username is the first 2 letters of your last name followed by the first 2 letters of your first name followed by the last 4 digits of your CUNYFirst ID number. For example, if your name is John Doe and your CUNYFirst ID number is 12345678, then your username is dojo5678.

Your UNIX account's initial password is your 8 digit CUNYFirst ID number.
